Not too many folks want to miss the home inspections since this is the best way to learn about the systems and pick the inspectors brain for the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have learned more about home maintenance and other important things to WATCH OUT FOR from my best sources, John Enright. I must admit relying on my husband for most everything who grew up building homes with his father in Staunton, VA. , but sometimes I really need another opinion.
This rarely happens, but my purchasers live in California and could not justify the cost of flying to Virginia for their home inspection; I therefore, thought it might give them a better understanding of what John Enright, owner of Anatomy Home Inspection Service does during his 2+ hour home inspection process.
